VEHICLE AVAILABILITY & PRICING DISCLAIMER
All vehicles advertised by Pro Motorcars are subject to prior sale and availability. Vehicles are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. An inquiry, appointment, credit application, financing approval, verbal agreement, or other communication does not constitute a reservation, sale, or guarantee of vehicle availability unless expressly confirmed in writing by Pro Motorcars.
Pro Motorcars makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all advertised information; however, vehicle information may be supplied by third-party inventory, valuation, manufacturer, or advertising systems. Prices, mileage, equipment, options, specifications, photographs, descriptions, and other information are subject to verification and correction in the event of a typographical, clerical, data-entry, system, or third-party listing error.
Advertised prices and terms are subject to change as permitted by applicable law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, advertised pricing does not include applicable sales tax, title, registration, government fees, documentation fees, finance charges, optional products, or other charges permitted by law.
Financing is subject to lender approval, creditworthiness, applicable lender requirements, and execution of all required agreements and disclosures. Advertised financing terms, payments, rates, and down payments, if any, are not guaranteed to every applicant.
Vehicle equipment, options, mileage, condition, and specifications should be independently verified by the customer prior to purchase. Manufacturer recalls, campaigns, and vehicle-history information may change or become available after a vehicle is initially advertised.
No vehicle sale is final solely because of an advertisement, inquiry, appointment, deposit, credit approval, or verbal representation. A transaction becomes binding only to the extent provided by the final written agreements executed by the parties and applicable law.
Pro Motorcars reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable California and federal law. Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to waive, limit, or modify any right or obligation that cannot legally be waived or modified.
